Due to an expanding business, we are now seeking a Billing Specialist. In this role, the qualified candidate will efficiently and accurately create and/or submit invoices to our clients for payment of any fees related to the repossession process, auctions, transporters, and debtors including fees for repossessions, personal property, storage, keys, redemptions, transport, etc. while maintaining productivity goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately create and submit invoices ensuring paid outs, keys, fuel surcharges, mileage, storage, advanced funds and any other additional fees have been entered correctly and client required paperwork is attached to the account.
Communicate effectively with Accounting, clients, auctions, affiliates, and branches via email and/or phone with regard to release, redemption, inventory, and storage billing issues as needed.
Understand and assist in implementing procedures set forth by senior management.

Required Experience/Skills:
Your background should include a H.S. diploma/the equivalent, or preferably a degree, and at least one year of successful AP, billing and/or audit experience along with the following skills:
